Thai YogaBodywork & Gong Meditation

Cost: $65 per person (limit of 12 people for the event)
Sound medicine and Thai Bodywork combined. Sound deepens your meditative state and transforms your cells through rebalancing and releasing tension via sound waves that massage every layer of your body, mind and soul. Journey includes live vibrations of a gong, singing bowls, ocean drum, and rain stick. Jamie gives one-on-one bodywork to each attendee.
Thai YogaBodywork opens energy channels, releases tight muscles, and increases flexibility with passive stretching and gentle pressure.
Wear comfy clothing. Bring a blanket and pillow.
Sound Healing Gong Meditation Outdoors in Nature
Saturday, June 1st 5pm-6:30pm
Address: 19982 Mill Rae Lane, Mankato MN
Located behind the home of Soundful Living by the forest located on Red Jacket Lake. Driveway is before the park entrance.
Cost: $25 per person
To attend email or text: [email protected] 507-213-3263. Parking is limited so if there is a high turnout we will arrange shuttling or carpooling from the red jacket parking lot.
Come prepared for laying outside on the ground. Wear comfy clothing. Bring your comforts for laying outdoors on the ground; yoga mat or camping mat, a sleeping bag or blanket, and a pillow.
